AP DSC Notification 2025: Important Dates, Eligibility Criteria, Apply Online 

The notification for the Teacher Recruitment Test was released by the Andhra Pradesh District Selection Committee on April 20, 2025, for the appointment of candidates on different teaching positions in government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad, municipal, and tribal welfare schools.

Out of total vacancies, 6,371, 2,090, 3,423, 1,760, 938 and 1,765 are available at School Education Department, AP Model Schools, AP Residential Educational Societies, Tribal Welfare Residential Schools, BC Welfare Residential Schools and Social Welfare Residential Schools, respectively.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criterias for the AP DSC TRT is available inside the table below, go through the tabulated data to check the educational qualification and age limit.

APTET is mandatory for all posts except PGTs, Principals, and non-TET-bound subjects (like Art, Music, PET). The upper age relaxation is applicable for 5 years for BC, ST and ST category candidates. Additionally, there is an additional upper age relaxation for 10 years for the PH category candidate.

Application Fee 

The application fee to apply for the Teacher Recruitment Test, a candidate is required to deposit the application fee ₹750/- using the debit card, credit card, NET banking or any other provided payment gateway. It is mandatory to pay the required fee by deadline because without it no application form will be accepted by the AP DSC.
